Bill O’Connell, Retired College Automotive Instructor, provides tips on how to be a knowledgeable automotive consumer including buying an automobile, determining its fuel requirements, your check engine light, tire and pressure monitoring, driving habits, finding and keeping a good mechanic, I.M. monitors and emissions testing, DIY repairs, and Google and YouTube resources.
