Fermentation & Pickling Workshop
Discover the art of fermentation and pickling in this hands-on, one-hour workshop designed for beginners. Using simple materials—provided for all participants—we’ll demonstrate how to start a basic fermentation process and create quick refrigerator pickles, no kitchen required! Participants will leave with practical knowledge, easy recipes, and the confidence to experiment at home. Perfect for food enthusiasts, gardeners, and anyone curious about traditional preservation methods
Workshop de Fermentados y Encurtidos
Descubre el arte de fermentar y encurtir en esta clase en persona diseñada para principiantes. En esta clase vas a aprender la ciencia detrás de preservar los alimentos, la diferencia entre los fermentados y los encurtidos, y cómo estas técnicas cambian y transforman los sabores, proveen nutrición y ayudan a reducir el desperdicio de alimentos. Usando estos materiales simples, vamos a demostrar cómo comenzar un proceso básico de fermentación y vamos a crear encurtidos que se pueden guardar en la nevera. Los participantes van a obtener un conocimiento práctico, recetas fáciles y la confianza para experimentar en casa.
